June is the month when we CLEAN HOUSE! Hard work for us means great deals for you, as we bring out loads of merchandise for our Annual Sidewalk Sale. This year, our Sidewalk Sale will be on Saturday, June 14th from 8am - 3pm. You don't want to miss this event! We'll have furniture, rugs, pictures, mirrors, lamps and more...up to 50% off! We'll also have select merchandise up to 75% off! And you still have time to take advantage of our In-Stock Poly-Wood Sale (all in-stock Poly-Wood is 20% off). Another reason you'll want to come to the Sidewalk Sale is because you can register to win a Chirp Gift Set valued at $224! Don't forget Dad! Father's Day is June 15th! While you're at our Sidewalk Sale on the 14th, why not pick up a great gift for Dad? We have wonderful, handmade woodturnings by Lon Haywood. Lon Haywood's production of ornamental turnings utilizes only salvaged wood native to Indiana. Lon uses burl, bark intrusions, and spalted or unusually grained wood in creating his one-of-a-kind pieces. Usually received as welcomed gifts, Lon's work is now displayed in homes all over the world. We also offer a great selection of Father's Day cards! You're sure to find something for all the dads on your list.

 As I said above, if you haven't been to The Green Door in a while, you'll notice some new items when you come in. We've expanded our selection of baby items to include bibs, outfits, bath toys, diaper bags, baby journals and photo frames/albums. If you're looking for something unique and special for a baby gift, then you'll definitely want to check out our new line of products. Stop in and let us help you find the perfect gift...we'll even giftwrap it at no charge!

Another new line that I'm really excited about is The Glass Monkey. The Glass Monkey is one-of-a-kind fused glass. These pieces are handmade/handcut and are completely unique. You won't find another piece exactly the same anywhere! The Green Door currently has two pieces in stock from The Glass Monkey: a fused square fruit bowl and a fused round birdbath. Both are beautiful, one-of-a-kind items that you have to see to appreciate.
